Refund Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

We want you to be confident trying EasyWebsites. This policy explains when refunds are available for paid subscriptions and add-ons.

Try before you pay

Our free plan lets you generate and preview a website before paying anything, so you can evaluate the quality of the product with no commitment.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests are reviewed individually by our team. To request one, use the refund request option in Settings → Billing inside the app, or email hello@easywebsites.app from your account email. Please include the reason for the request — it helps us review quickly and improve the product.

What we typically refund

  • Charges made in error, such as duplicate payments or billing after a cancellation you made before renewal;
  • First-time subscription charges requested within 14 days, where the Service had a verified problem that prevented you from using what you paid for;
  • Anything we are required to refund under applicable consumer law.

What we generally do not refund

  • Partial billing periods after you cancel (your plan stays active until the period ends);
  • Renewal charges where the subscription was simply left active and unused;
  • Charges older than 60 days, except where law requires otherwise.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. We will email you the decision either way. If a refund is approved for an active subscription, the associated plan features may be downgraded or disabled.
